This Website is intended for use by United States (US) citizens looking for information on the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics located in Japan and South Korea (“Clinics”). This Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) does not apply to individuals using PointClinicalServices.com, CohenVeteransNetwork.org, or the websites of other (US-Based) Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics. Those sites are subject to separate terms and/or conditions and privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to the use of any mobile applications and/or web portals that may be accessible to patients of the Clinics. Use of such mobile applications and/or web portals is subject to terms and policies specific to those mobile applications and/or web portals.
To the extent we collect any patient information subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations (collectively, “HIPAA”) through the Website, we maintain that information (called “protected health information” or “PHI”) in accordance with HIPAA. If you go through a Google Ad to place a call, Google may collect call duration, call date/time and count. The data collected from users’ interactions with ads is also saved and processed by Google. - Meta Platforms. We may use Meta platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram (collectively called “Meta”) for web analytics and/or advertising services. These services allow us to keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Meta advertisement, keep track of users who access the Website or advertisements from different devices, and better provide advertisements to our target audiences.
